
- 200ml Fortisip Compact Fibre Strawberry
- To Serve (optional)
- 2 wafers
- 50g / 2oz fresh chopped strawberries
- 15ml strawberry syrup
- Pour Fortisip into a freezer proof container, cover and place into a freezer for 4 hours.
- Remove from freezer and leave to stand at room temperature for 2-3 minutes.
- Place ice cream into a serving dish and top with wafers, chopped strawberries and syrup.
Serves 1.
- 110g / 4oz strawberries - roughly chopped
- 1 medium scoop strawberry ice cream
- 200ml Fortisip Compact Fibre Strawberry
- 2 strawberries sliced - to serve
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass, decorate with sliced strawberries and serve.

- 1 packet of brownie mix
- 2 bottles Fortisip Compact Fibre mocha or vanilla flavour
- Icing sugar to dust
- Preheat the oven to 170°C/350°F/Gas Mark 3.
- Line one small brownie tin, or use a shallow foil container approximately 15x12cm and place the brownie mix in the bowl.
- Gently whisk in the Fortisip Compact Fibre until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared tin.
- Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until a skewer comes out clean**.
- Once cooled cut into four squares and dust with icing sugar to serve.

- 1 x 28g sachet of drinking chocolate, or 1 x 22g sachet or mocha drink or an alternative of your choice
- 1 bottle Fortisip Compact Fibre, mocha flavour
- 150ml boiled water
- 3 marshmallows (optional)
- Place the contents of the sachet of drinking chocolate or mocha mix into a mug.
- Add the bottle of Fortisip Compact Fibre.
- Stir in approximately 150ml boiled water.
- Leave to stand for approximately 30 seconds and re-stir.
- Top with marshmallows if desired.

Top Tip: If you would like the temperature hotter, place the Fortisip Compact Fibre, boiled water, and drinking chocolate or mocha mix into a saucepan and heat gently.

- banana, sliced
- 30ml (2 tbsp) ice cream chocolate sauce
- 10ml squirty cream
- 1 chocolate flake
- Place half the banana in the base of a glass or bowl.
- Squeeze in half the chocolate sauce.
- Place the two scoops of ice cream in the glass or bowl.
- Place the rest of the banana on top of the ice cream.
- Squeeze over the remaining chocolate sauce.
- Top with squirty cream and place the flake on top.

- 1 fresh peach or 3 mango chunks, or 1 small (227g) can of peach slices
- 1 bottle Fortisip Compact Fibre, vanilla flavour
- 2 ice cubes or 60ml cold milk
- Cut your chosen fruit into chunks.
- Place in a blender and add the bottle of Fortisip Compact Fibre.
- Add the ice cubes or milk.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve with a straw.
